- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 lb. prepared pizza dough (if refrigerated, let it rise in oiled bowl for 2 hours)
- 8 oz. mozzarella (sliced)
- 6 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- pickled jalapeños (recipe above)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- fresh basil (thinly sliced into ribbons)
- crushed red pepper flakes
