Have made this several times, sometimes with ground italian sausage and sometimes without. Both come out delicious! In the process of making some now! This is one of my favorite soup recipes and it is so easy!

Very tasty. The soup was very thick. I added a cup of water for the perfect consistency.

Tasty soup and very filling. Next time I will try it without all the dairy as that became a little heavy.

So good! I️ added mushrooms and Italian seasonings. I️ didn’t have tomato paste so I️ used 2 TBS of pizza sauce (Mario Batali)
