- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (** optional ** use this for a smokier flavor)

- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 2 tsp. salt

this is soooo good! i used a pressure cooker to speed it up but it turned out amazing! nice kick too.
