I’ve made this several times. Really good. The sauce is thin so I add a cornstarch slurry after the sour cream and let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes to heat up again. Also, I use 1 large sweet onion.

the recipe calls for three onions. I used two small/medium ones. It was too much onion.
if you make it use only one.
