One of our favorites during the winter. So easy to make, creamy and delicious, perfect with Fritos or tortilla scoops.

Very good! Only thing I did differently was adding a tin of diced green chilies because my tomatoes didn’t have them. Will definitely make again.
Next time made using chicken thighs - definitely do this way from now on.

Wow, this was so easy and delicious! I added a little salt since sometimes I find that slow cookers dull the flavors, but I didn't need to. It was so tasty. Definitely a keeper.

It was great. I made a double batch, and wow do we have leftovers. When I make it again I think I will use three chicken breasts and not double it. It is very hearty. Love that it is a “dump and cook” kind of recipe. I made it on a football Sunday, but it is easy enough to get ready on any busy week day. Also, I never had enough bacon, it is great without the bacon as well.

I replaced the seasonings with my own family’s secret seasoning mix & used pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar & it came out amazing! I love it & so easy the only cooking that needs to be done here is bacon the rest is all on the crock pot
