Delicious! But I had to modify a few things...first is the length of time to cook. The directions did say that different slow cookers will cook at different speeds, but I found I had to cook it MUCH longer for the carrots and potatoes to be soft enough. Cooked for 12 hours on low and wasn't soft so I cooked another 2 hours on high. Next is the flavor--it was bland when I tasted it after 12 hours. So I added garlic, salt, and thyme to cook in over the next 2 hours on high.
With these modifications, it came out delicious and I'd cook it again.
