- 1 Tbsp. coriander seeds
- 2 whole allspice
- 1 head cabbage (quartered)
- 6 medium carrots (peeled and sliced into lengths)
- 4 onions (medium, peeled and sliced crosswise)
- 3 lb. red potatoes (mini)
