I liked this recipe a lot. I did some modifications. I currently do meal preps for people on a "biggest loser" Challenge or other similar challenges. I try to do non-dairy products, no or less sugar and whole wheat anything. Therefore, I substituted the white flour for whole wheat flour, the white sugar for splenda and the milk for either almond or coconut milk. I followed the recipe as stated and made more modifications along the way depending on the consistency or the taste of the batter. Very versatile.
