Wow ! Perfect . So simple yet effective . It’s legit collard greens . I slow cook 4 hrs, after 3 hrs I took out smoked turkey legs , shredded em and threw me back in the slow cooker , than 1 more hour. Goes great (with the juice) over stem rice !
