I’ve made this a few times and always needs the full 2 hours.
Made it using the instant pot slow cook option and after 3 hours it was soup so I put it in the oven.
Flavor is good. I mix the brown sugar with the white sugar now because it works better in my opinion.

Delicious however I added more granulated sugar and cinnamon mix than the original recipe called for due to running out before half way through the dough
