    I make this probably 5 or 6 times every couple months because it’s really quick and it tastes amazing. It’s also simple so there’s a lot of room for experimentation.

    AMAZING! My husband and I loved it! Add extra lime juice on your tacos right before taking a bite if you love that citrus taste like I do! This will definitely be one of our go-to meals!

    very easy and very tasty. I used thin sliced chicken breast, cooked on low and it was ready to shred around 5 hours. chicken came out very juicy, I served it over white rice with diced cherry tomatoes, shredded mexican cheese and a little lime juice.

    Very good! The texture was excellent. Reminded us of tinga. We used the Taco Bell mild chunky jar salsa. Delicious. Ate it the day after too!
