Was fine but have had better. Best thing about this recipe is the ease of making it.

It was good, but I wondered if it would be just as good without the bulgur. The green onion, cilantro, and avocado make a difference in the end.

This was ok. Different flavour profile than what i expect with a chilli using ground beef
