Easy to make. Cooked on high for 4 hours. Reduced salt to 1 tsp because I’m watching my sodium. It was okay. A little boring and thin. I add rice when I eat it. Helps it feel more satisfying.

Definitely needed something to bind it all together. I think I'll use rice, otherwise it was too much broth-to-solids.
Suprisingly, I didn't think there was all that much flavor.

Really tasty, and so easy in the slow cooker. A great, healthy meal for a cold fall or winter day. I will definitely make it again.

It was delicious, I also decided to add quinoa which was really good too. I would definitely make it again.
