    This got a little burnt in my crock pot, but that's probably user error. Whoops! This recipe was kind of plain, but pretty good. I'll be tweaking it with some fresh herbs in the future.

    I really enjoyed the rice, it came out perfectly! I got heavy handed with the cheese and it was still pretty yummy!

    Great dish! Very filling and easy to make. I prepared the meat a day before so it made it easy the next day.

    I thought this was DELISH!!! Only changes I made was I added finely diced bell pepper w/the onions, mushrooms & garlic. Also, I think I over-salted, so I'll add less next time. And lastly, I will cook it on low for a longer time as cooking on high made it stick. But overall, it was very creamy and tasty!! :-)
