I didn’t do the hot sauce because my family is a bunch of wusses so super bland. Rice wasn’t mushy, it basically dissolved into it. And the roux made it so super thick I was looking for dumplings.
Gave it a 3 because it’s super easy and filling.

I did something wrong because this was not like soup at all. It was more like pie crust less chicken pot pie! Tasted GREAT but no broth left in the mixture after cooking haha

The rice came out very mushy, and rice should not be mushy! It looks like oatmeal… Rice should be prepared separately or at least halfway separately and put in during the last couple of hours or device can be put in the pot" maybe more than halfway through the "7 hours"
