I used 20 0z of the tomato puree, added 1 can of diced tomatoes, used 1 TBS of chili powder (instead of 2 ). Left out onion, garlic and peppers. Used 1/2 can black beans and 1 full can great northern beans. Made bread bowls and a side salad. Delicious !! One of my new favorites . My husband loved it!
