Not a Mexican flavor specifically - but delicious and warming for a New England winter dinner!!

Tasty. Not super mexican taste, but still nice. Did it with chicken drumsticks simmering for an hour, fell off the bone and then became pulled chicken. Delicious.
Made it second time, still same, nit mexican but nice.
