I cooked this on the stove bc i didnt have time to slow cook today. it came put great. I will use some jalapenos next time i make it.

Yummy did not add all of the cumin or salt due to some diet restrictions but it was still good. Will make again

yummy. we make this meal alot. kids love it and so does the wife. super easy and filling. i ad green chiles and make our own tortilla strips. you can also speed this up and throw it together in about 30 mins. just cook your onion and garlic before adding to main pot.

Wonderful! Easy! Simple! I doubled the recipe and added a can of diced green chiles and grilled yellow peppers.

This is a easy delicious soup that can be eaten healthy or you can naughty it up with chips, cheese, sour cream and sliced avocados. Enjoy!

Amazing! Delicious...making it for Super Bowl!!! So easy....this is my second time making it...my 10 year old grandson loved it too!

This soup/stew is very hardy. I think there might be a misprint for the chili powder spice. I used a chipotle pepper chili powder and a tablespoon is too much, making the stew a bit too spicy for our taste. Haven't served it yet so hoping the cheese on top will reduce the heat some. Also could be served over rice for an added boost of hardy (and a spice reduction).
