- 250 mL passata
- 200 mL reduced fat coconut milk (I used Waitrose Essentials)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 3 cardamom pods (remove when serving)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chilli powder
- 4 chicken breasts (chopped into chunks, make this 3 if they are very large)
- 100 mL natural yoghurt (fat free)
- 1 Tbsp. cornflour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 bunch coriander
