    This is my go to chicken dish. I have made this with thighs, a whole quartered chicken, drumsticks, any chicken with a bone. It comes out juicy, tender and full of flavor every time. I make this about once a week and use the leftovers for other dishes. Highly recommend.

    I'm not the greatest cook, but I'm trying to get better. My seasoning could have been better and next time I will use proper measuring. All in all it wasn't bad, but could have been better. I'll keep trying.
