    You talking about easy and delicious. This is going in the rotation. I actually used a tablespoon of salt. I found they the salt and paprika kept falling to the bottom of the dish I used to mix them together in so I had to keep mixing it so it was even. Then I spooned it over the bottom and the thighs and it came out perfect since the seasoning was evenly distributed. I had Zatarans yellow rice and broccoli. So good.

    I agree with the other reviews I will use half the salt next time but boy did these turn out delicious. I bought two packages of boneless skinless chicken thighs from Publix and it took 2 1/2 hours on low in my crockpot. I cannot believe the amount of liquid they create! This is an awesome staple recipe for quick easy chicken thighs - highly recommend!!

    Easiest recipe. Happy I read the comments first and cooked on low for a little over 3 hours... I imagine any longer and the chicken would have been very dry. I didn’t have onion flakes so I just used onion powder and added some cayenne for a little more flavour. Tastes so good with the saffron rice!!

    The chicken was very tender, but I'm not a fan of dark meat. I think I would amp up the spice level too because it was very bland.

    I made this using cilantro and Tajin (chili/lime spice) I also drizzled a little olive oil...and served it with white rice!! It was fantastic!! I cooked it in the crockpot high heat for 3/12 hours.. this will be a regular rotation!! And with leftovers next day I shredded the chicken and made tacos!!!

    Turned out pretty good. I was runnung low on time so I baked it according to the alternative directions, without a lid. I also drizzled it with olive oil before baking.

    This was delicious! I will definitely make it again. I cooked it in the crockpot on low for 3 1/2 hours instead of 6 hours.

    Seriously good. For the chicken I used half the amount of salt (cause woah) and served it with saffron rice and green beans. Whole family loved it, including my 4-year-old! Next time will probably use even less salt and cook for less time.

    Meat was tender and juicy, but I think there was too much onion and salt. Flavor was lacking in complexity.

    This was an instant hit at our house! My 5 year old girls devoured it and asked for seconds, which NEVER happens. It was super easy to put together. I was able to get it all going in about 10 minutes, if that. We will definitely be making this again. I have a feeling it's going to be a frequent repeater in this household!

    flavor and tenderness were excellent, but salt quantity was WAY too much. I'll definitely make it again, but will make with 1 tsp, not 1 tbl. Really really loved the flavor though!

    I did not have onion flakes so I used onion powder instead. I also did not serve it with saffron rice but with baked potatoes. I used the oven method instead of the slow cooker because I was short on time. They turned out juicy and delicious! The whole family loved them!!
