I didn't have taco seasoning so I used jerk seasoning instead and oh man. Great stuff. I'll still try it with the taco stuff one day though. Husband loved it and went for seconds. Not much left over for my lunch today as a result! Highly recommend.

This turned out great, just make sure that the taco seasoning you use isn’t way to spicy like mine was. Will definitely be aware of that next time.
