- 5 oz. green chiles (can fire roasted chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (I used chipotle chili powder)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or granulated garlic)
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder (or granulated onion)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano (preferably Mexican)
- 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken legs (or thighs)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
