I was surprised by how simple and delicious this recipe is. I made it with chicken drums. Instead of adding the green onion at the end I chopped it up small and let it sit in about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and used that as a garnish. Delicious!You will get a lot of colegien from this soup. I served it with white rice.
