Description
A great soup for casual entertaining. Put garnishes in small individual bowls and let guests embellish the soup to their choosing.
Ingredients

- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-1/2 to 2-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1 onion (medium, diced)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper (small, seeded and minced)
- 2 Tbsp. Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder
- 2 qt. water
- 28 oz. yellow hominy (or white, drained)
- 2 tsp. Spice Islands Oregano
- 1 Spice Islands Bay Leaves (each)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Mexican cheese (optional)

Directions
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and brown lightly, about 2 minutes per side.

Added a can of green chilis and used vegetarian Bullon. It was incredible, will definitely make again

super easy and very flavorful..i did add some cumin tho. and it says to wait to add water after the chicken bouon but that makes it to dry.

Very yummy, almost as good as the authentic one. Many wouldn't taste the difference lol. Very easy to make.
