I had been looking for a really good chicken noodle soup recipe and this was it! It was so perfect and everyone in my home loved it!!

i really liked it! I added 1/2 tsp of thyme and i think next time I will use Frozen noodles instead of bagged as they kind of turned mushy and i will use 2 chicken breasts instead of 3. I will be making this again it's really easy.

This was a hit with the whole family. I left out the olive oil and used coarsely-chopped cilantro instead of parsley for garnish.
Unless you're feeding a crowd, definitely cook the noodles separately and add them to the soup at serving time. We didn't eat it all at one sitting. By the time we finished it the next day, the noodles had absorbed all the broth and were quite mushy. (Still good, though!)

Followed the recipe to a “T” with the exception of the Rosemary but was very pleased with it and the kiddos dug it as well. Used frozen egg noodles so the further is go I guess I didn’t follow it to a “T” but it was outstanding!!!
