Don't agree with the other reviewer. Great flavor and perfect "heat". I thickened up my homeade enchilada sauce by adding 1 extra tablespoon of flour. I also used only 1 can of cr of chicken soup. Only had 2 tortillas (ha!), so we scooped the final mixture on top of tortilla chips...perfect!

I went into this recipe thinking that it would be amazing, sadly is it not. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't waste your time nor ingredients on this one. There was hardly any distinct flavor, so filling-yes, enjoyable flavors or spices -no! It was SUPER soupy. In fact, it was almost too mucky/mushy and needed to be scooped with a chip for structure. I followed this recipe, with the exception of using canned enchilada sauce, and it was a bust.
