This came together faster than I expected and the flavor was very good. This is my first attempt at chicken curry, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Pretty tasty after the addition of more salt, pepper, hot curry powder, and garam masala
A bit watery, so I would recommend leaving out the 1/2 cup water. My biggest issue - at the top of the recipe it says 2 hour cook time. But later on it says anywhere between 3 and 6 hours cook time.
