Kids and Wife loved it (after swapping the low fat for standard and swapping swiss in place of the blue cheese). I'm a little pickier, It only barely resembled a chicken cordon bleu in name.
Putting the stuffing mix on topped was a big mistake. Since it cooks the entire time, it absorbs the moisture from the other ingredients and adds nothing to the mix. Next time, I'll try throwing it in a blender reducing it to crumbs, throw it in the oven, and then throw it on the top at the end to get the texture sought after.
This will never replace chicken cordon bleu but with a little swap action, it becomes something good in and of itself.
