- 10 oz. green chilis (can tomatoes with)
- 1 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 7/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 scallion (medium, diced)
- 1 1/3 cups red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar

- Season chicken with salt, garlic powder, oregano, 1/8 tsp chili powder and 1/8 tsp cumin
- Add beans and tomatoes to crock pot and season with remaining chili powder and cumin
