I used skinless chicken. It was very easy to put together and tasted great with rice and the sauce poured over it. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor - you need the sauce.

Fantastic and simple recipe. I used boneless chicken and gluten free soy sauce. A real winner for my gluten free family members.

This was delicious! I used skinless boneless thighs. I used apple cider vinegar and omitted the oyster sauce, water, and sugar. The chicken came out so tender and flavorful! My husband usually doesn’t like dark meat chicken but he really liked it. Will definitely make again due to the ease and tastiness!

chicken turned out very tender and flavorful. used 4 thighs and 6 drumsticks, doubled the vinegar and soy and omitted the water.
