This was really yummy. I doubled the sauce, used one bag of regular frozen mixed vegtables and a bag of California blend (12 oz each), added garlic, and served over egg noodles. Everyone in my house had seconds.

Great and delicious..not too many ingredients and I didn't have to be stirring constantly.
