Great flavor. This will now be on my soup rotation. Two suggestions that i think will make this amazing... swap half the smoked sausage with andouille sausage. The heat is a great compliment to all the richness of the cream and cheese. Also, add one more more bell pepper. I only used one my first go around. The peppers kinda got lost here but the bites where i found them were the best!
