- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or gluten free alternative)
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar

This turned out amazingly good! I only used about 3/4 Tbsp. white vinegar, half an orange (half of it was getting soft), and three limes. I accidentally used all of my lemons in my delicious garlic lemon butter chicken last night. Yet, with all of those adjustments, it was still sooo good!

I used skirt steak instead of flank. Cooker for 5 hours in slow cooker. Turned out great, like pulled pork texture almost. Served with the pico and crumbled feta very tasty

I followed the recipe for the carne asada and it turned out pretty good but I wasn't a fan of the vinegar taste. I think next time I'll leave it out.

Excellent!
Mixed the spices and oil together in the crockpot, cut up meat tossed in and stirred up with spices. I did not include orange juice.
