Delicious! The only thing I changed was using hot Italian Sausage because I didn’t have chorizo but it was still an excellent dish. Also, this took longer to prep than the time allotted in the recipe...but maybe I just take a while to chop things... All the same, it was worth the time! Will definitely make this again.
