- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (optional)
