Easy, flavorful, filling, and re-heats well! I used thighs because I had them on hand, and they worked just fine.

It wasn't bad, but didn't have a lot of flavor. Next time I would add more spices so it tasted less like tomato sauce.

This dish is so easy, with big results. I made it with thigh meat, but I’m typically a white meat only girl. The dish was so rich and flavorful with thigh meat that I would make it this way again. It was fantastic with a batch of cauliflower rice and some sautéed asparagus and onions with Garam Masala.

Family loved it and will definitely make it again! Used coconut cream in place of coconut milk as that’s all I had.

Easy to make. I added more salt and served with rice... kinda ruined the paleo diet, but it was tasty

Marinated the chicken over night in coconut milk & Garam Masala & served over Indian riced cauliflower- turned out great!
