- 1Â onion (diced)
- 3Â cloves garlic (minced)
- 2Â Tbsp. butter
- 2Â Tbsp. oil
- 15Â green cardamom pods (strung together with a needle and thread or put in a cheesecloth. Can also substitute 2 tsp ground cardamom)
- 2Â tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. curry paste (I like Patak’s mild curry paste)
- 1 tsp. cayenne powder (optional. It’s really hot if you add this)
- 2Â tsp. tandoori masala
- 1Â tsp. garam masala
- 400Â mL coconut milk
- 1Â cup plain yogurt
- 5 1/2Â floz tomato paste
- salt (to taste)

Loved it though I thought there was something missing so s bit of sugar dried fenugreek and tomato ketchup wow oh and a knob of butter to 😘 beautiful
