delicious and so juicy! the only modification I made was parboiling the ribs beforehand to reduce cooking time as I started later in the day than I had intended (ended up cooking 6 hours on high)

came out perfect, I added 1tsp of scorpion/ghost pepper sauce for some kick but 7 hours later they were coming off the bones! Amazing

Extremely juicy and tender. These ribs turned out great! The aroma filled the entire house to the pint I wasn’t sure I would be able to wait. Will definitely be making these again.
