This was real tasty but just a touch dry. Went great with mashed potatoes and green beans. Family loved it!❤️

Pretty yummy recipe! I baked it in the oven since we needed it cooked sooner. A tad sweet, even after using just 1 cup brown sugar. I had some balsamic reduction in the fridge and it turned out to be an awesome drizzle on top- and helped cut down on the sweetness!

This was much sweeter than I prefer. My son loved it but I’ll cut the brown sugar by half next time. The roast itself was tender and juicy.

Very good rub mixture cooked in a cast iron skillet in the oven (minus the garlic so it wouldn't burn).

Wonderful!!!! I minced the garlic and threw it in to render with the pork. It was fantastic.

So good! I wasn't sure about the vinegar and cinnamon but my husband and I ate it right up with some roasted rosemary potatoes. Definitely making this again.

I cooked this today and it was the driest piece of pork I have ever had. The entire recipe was terrible. I followed it exactly as it suggested. The pork loin cannot be slow cooked for that amount of time. It must be substituted with pork butt. Pork butt is a fattier meat and will turn out much juicier. Pork loin is much better cooked on the grill or oven for much less time than suggested here.
