This was real tasty but just a touch dry. Went great with mashed potatoes and green beans. Family loved it!❤️

Pretty yummy recipe! I baked it in the oven since we needed it cooked sooner. A tad sweet, even after using just 1 cup brown sugar. I had some balsamic reduction in the fridge and it turned out to be an awesome drizzle on top- and helped cut down on the sweetness!

I will use next time less sugar.

I left overnight which was too long as it was on the dry side

very juicy. I cut down on last sugar. just sweet enough.

This was much sweeter than I prefer. My son loved it but I’ll cut the brown sugar by half next time. The roast itself was tender and juicy.

Very good rub mixture cooked in a cast iron skillet in the oven (minus the garlic so it wouldn't burn).

Good flavor but we used a very lean pork loin, so it was a bit dry.

Wonderful!!!! I minced the garlic and threw it in to render with the pork. It was fantastic.

So good! I wasn't sure about the vinegar and cinnamon but my husband and I ate it right up with some roasted rosemary potatoes. Definitely making this again.

I cooked this today and it was the driest piece of pork I have ever had. The entire recipe was terrible. I followed it exactly as it suggested. The pork loin cannot be slow cooked for that amount of time. It must be substituted with pork butt. Pork butt is a fattier meat and will turn out much juicier. Pork loin is much better cooked on the grill or oven for much less time than suggested here. This recipe is going straight into my file 11 -- The Trash!

This pork loin recipe is both easy and delicious! I put it on early busied myself around the house while the slow cooker worked its magic. I will definitely be making this one again.
