    It was my firsf time using a slow cooker so simple instructions and happy with the results. The rice was fluffy and light and only a tad of mush but thats fine. I reduced the salt to 1.5 and ended with only slight taste of saltiness which is good for the health conscious. I needed it for another dish anyways so better to have little salt and add on later.
