    This bread recipe was extreamly easy and even as a beginer I was able to make it on my first try with no help. I made this bread in my 5 quart Cooks brand slow cooker and found 2 hours was the perfect time to get a loaf of bread with a nice soft interior and a thin but firm crust. I found this bread to be denser then store bought loaves, such as Pepperidge Farm breads, which is of no supprise and I prefer it like this. Although this bread is convinent and easy to make I find it to be VERY bland as it is only bread flour but it makes a good base bread that you can modify to get a more desirable result, I found substuiting some of the bread flour for whole wheat flour drasticly improved the taste. Overall a simple loaf, its easy to make and great for beginers and it makes a great base bread but it's very bland without modficatin. 3 stars.

    Awesome, amazing recipe. Oh my gosh crunchy but the inside is soft and moist. Absolutely delicious.
