Loved it! Simple mods and made gravy for mashed potatoes. I made it once before and will make it again.

This is really good! The only thing I would change is adding red wine and I also used broth instead of water.

amazing!! I used 1/2 cup of beef stock instead of water. The flavor is so rich and deep. not to mention fall of the bone tender. My picky eaters LOVED it..
