Good flavor. I had a little less chicken so had a bit more sauce and didn’t need to add water. It ended up being too runny so I thickened it up with some potato starch. Added some red pepper flakes and more garlic pepper. Still seemed like it would be too messy for wraps so I put it over blue corn tortilla chips and chopped lettuce for a taco like salad. Added cilantro and hotter peppers to the pineapple salsa. Overall pretty dang yummy. I’d make it again for sure.
