If you make it without sauerkraut, it is way way way too sweet. Instead of just water like was in the comments on the site, use some vinegar and less sugar.
Cook time was a little too long I my opinion. Was starting to shred.
Four stars because my wife who hates pork said it was good.

I did not add the Sauerkraut but it was still extremely flavorful . I will make this again
