    Really good! I used a little bit of extra whole grain dijon for some kick. I used 3 very spicy jalapenos (I tested them before cooking) and the finished product has no spice. When I make it again (because I plan on it!) I will use less onion, more jalapeno, and not cook it as long to maintain some of the spice. Overall the flavor is REALLY yummy.
