this is a staple in my house, I make a ton and freeze it. easy to change up for what I have on hand or to make it different

Pretty basic Black bean soup. Have made the same in a pot on top of the stove.

This recipes is fantastic. It uses a lot of ingredients we just happen to have laying around. It is amazingly simple to make also. We will be making this again. I accidentally presoaked the beans which is apparently a nono, but it still turned out fine.
