- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce (don’t use the full sodium stuff, it will be too salty!)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 cups broccoli (I like to use both the florets and stalks, but you can use florets only if you like)

It was okay. The cornstarch/juice combination had a little grainy taste to it , and I thought it would be a little thicker. Since it was the first time making it, I will try it again and see what happens ...

Ahmazing!! It was great, I put it in the wok at the end instead of 20 more minutes I the crockpot!

My family loved it. One of the young ones that doesn’t like vegetables loved the broccoli this way.

The meat was tender and it had interesting flavors that I haven’t used before. I would do it again but add more broccoli next time :)

This was a great easy and quick dish. I did add chicken using the same amount of ingredients with out having to add more. I will definitely prepare this again. Thanks
