    Great base recipe but I ended up dumping a few tbs of fish sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire to fix the lack of umami base flavor. With a lot of love and modifications this recipe turned out great. Maybe it was my ingredients? I did use store bought beef stock so maybe that was the issue.
